BROADWAY AND OFF-BROADWAY SHOWS SUSPENDED THROUGH APRIL 12
SOME SHOWS HAVE ANNOUNCED CLOSING
Broadway and most Off-Broadway shows will not perform until Monday, April 13.*
The following shows will not resume performances and are closed: Hangmen, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf
If you purchased tickets from Telecharge for a suspended or canceled performance, your tickets have been automatically refunded back to your credit card. Please be patient as we process refunds; it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. There is no need to contact Telecharge about your tickets. If you bought tickets at a box office with a credit card, your tickets will be automatically refunded back to your card.
If you bought tickets at a box office with cash, please visit the box office for a refund. Box offices are currently closed, so check back here for information on when they plan to reopen.
If you did not purchase your tickets through Telecharge, please contact your original point of purchase for refund information.
The Telecharge Call Center is closed until further notice. If you have questions about your tickets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for our very limited staff to respond by email.
