BROADWAY AND OFF-BROADWAY SHOWS SUSPENDED THROUGH SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2020.
SOME SHOWS HAVE POSTPONED OR CLOSED.
Some shows are automatically refunding tickets. Others are offering the opportunity to refund or exchange tickets for a later performance. If you purchased tickets from Telecharge for a suspended or canceled performance, you will receive an email with instructions to refund or exchange your tickets.
Please be patient as we process refunds. Your bank may take 7 days or longer to process the refund. Look for a credit from “Telecharge Services” on your statement. There is no need to contact Telecharge about your tickets.
If you bought tickets at one of our box offices with a credit card, Telecharge Customer Service will automatically refund your order.
If you bought tickets at a box office with cash, please visit the box office for a refund when it reopens. You may also mail in your tickets for a refund to Telecharge, P.O. Box 998, Times Square Station, New York, NY 10108-0998. Be sure to snap a photo of your tickets for your records before mailing them.
If you did not purchase your tickets through Telecharge, please contact your original point of purchase for refund information.
The Telecharge Call Center is closed until further notice, by order of NY state. If you have questions about your tickets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for our very limited staff to respond by email.
